Pressure washing across North Dallas and the DFW metroplex. Parking lots and storefronts, driveways and patios.

Overnight and before open are normal for us. The lot stays usable during the day and nobody walks around a hose.
Large concrete gets a rotary surface cleaner, not a wand. That is what makes a lot come out evenly, with no arcs, no stripes and no missed lanes.
Night work at a DFW golf and entertainment venue: a rotary surface cleaner running across wet concrete, floodlit hitting bays receding into the dark.
Every photograph on this site is our own work.

Foot traffic and spills had taken the patio to a flat gray. The pavers came back to the color they were laid in.

Organic growth had gone dark across the limestone cap. Pressure held to what the mortar joints can take.

Cooking grease across the service entry and down onto the pad. Grease does not move under pressure alone, so this ran hot with a degreaser. Same yellow hose in both frames.
Commercial work is most of what we do.

Same machine, same standard as the commercial work. Houses get scheduled around the commercial calendar, so we can usually come on short notice.
